I had a great experience with B and B. They were very accommodating, prompt, and had my family and I back on the road in 90 minutes, on Christmas Eve no less! Highly recommend using this shop for anything automotive. I was impressed by their level professionalism. Thank you again B and B, and Merry Christmas and happy 2026!

I took my sons car here almost a year ago, Riley and his father diagnosed the issue and proposed that we strip the head off the engine, replace all plugs and cables, the work amounted to over $5K. We were assured that this work was worth doing due to the age and condition of the car. As someone that has also leant into my instincts, this was one moment I look back on with the greatest of regrets! The communication was appalling, nobody answers the telephone, no response to multiple messages left, this went on for almost 4wks. When my sone eventually received his car back we then experienced further complications and issues every 2K miles. Do not take your car to this establishment. They have proven countless times to be incapable, unqualified, rude and have quite honestly taken advantage (multiple times) of young adults that have little to no knowledge of cars. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great Service and fair price for work on my truck that needed immediate attention. Communication from the Tech Riley was professional and also convenient, allowing me to text or call with any questions or updates. Thank you B & B.

DO NOT bring your vehicle here. All of the recent reviews are one star, they are all spot on. I was hesitant to drop my truck off because the place looks like an absolute dump. I had an appointment for a Monday to get leaf springs replaced and I ended up going and getting my truck on Friday afternoon to take to a different shop. In the full week that they had it, it never moved on the lot. I called on Thursday to see if they were going to do anything and he said he’d get me a quote by the end of the day. I didn’t hear anything so I called 3 more times on Friday, no answer. I went down to the shop Friday afternoon to get my keys back and the guy scrolling on his cell phone behind the front desk told me “We’re just a little backed up”. If you’re so backed up that you can’t get a quote done for a simple suspension part in 5 business days, you should probably stop taking appointments. I’m glad I got my truck back before these bums could attempt to work on it. It’s worth your time to just wait for an appointment at a good shop in town.
